Job Description
1 Resource Group is currently seeking a highly organized and professional Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating service requests, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments for customers
- Manage and maintain service technician schedules
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships/li>
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure efficient service delivery
- Update and maintain customer and job records in the system
- Assist in the preparation of service quotes and proposals
- Monitor service performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a customer service or coordination role
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS Office and customer service software
- Knowledge of technical and mechanical terminology is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
